  I am a returning Chrysler customer of CR Motors, but this time it was for my daughter's Mercury Sable. I was able to consult with the service manager Jake, before my daughter took in her car to be serviced. He asked several questions to help direct our strategy, was quick to call me to alert me to the service they planned, quoted additional service options that would continue to make her car run safer, and got to the repairs quickly so my daughter didn't have to wait around unnessessarily. I always feel confident in Jake's care and trust him wholeheartedly.
